This policy covers personal data you provide through this website — for example via our Contact and Booking enquiry forms. It does not cover the dispensing of NHS prescriptions or clinical records, which are handled under separate NHS and pharmacy confidentiality arrangements.
When you use our enquiry forms we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number (if given), the service or subject of your enquiry, any preferred date/time, and your message. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and arrange the service you have asked about. Our lawful basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services. Where an enquiry concerns health information, we process it to provide pharmaceutical care.
Website enquiries are received and handled by our team together with our sister clinic Windwood Health Clinic (at the same Askew Road address), which manages our enquiry inbox. Email delivery for our website forms is handled by our email service provider on our behalf. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.
We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then delete it.
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to data portability. This website does not set tracking or analytics cookies. Our Contact page embeds a Google Map; Google may set cookies when that map loads, governed by Google's own privacy policy.
